MALTESE CITIZENSHIP ACT, 1965

Citizenship (Registration and Naturalization Forms and Fees)

(Amendment) Regulations, 1980

IN exercise of the powers con f er red by section 18 of the Maltese

Citizenship Acl, 1965, the P re si den t of Malta has made the fol1owing

regula tions

(l) Thcse regulations rnay be cited as the Citizenship (Regis­

tration and NaturaJization Forms a n d Fees) (Amendment) Regulations,

1980, and shall be read and construed as one with the Citizenship (Re­

gistration and Naturalization Forms and Fees) Regulations, 1965, here­

inafter referred to as "the principal regulations".

These regulations shall come into force on the 1st August,

1980.

For the Second Schedule to tbe principal r e g u l a t ion s there shall

be s u b s t i t uted the following:-
