Exemption from Postage (Statistical Reports)

Regulations, 1980

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 10 of the Post

Office Act, 1975, the Minister of Development, Energy, Port and TeJc

communications has made the following regulations:--

Reg. 1 Citation and commencement. — Regulations, 1980 Open official source

These regulations may be cited as the Exemption from Postage

(Statistical Reports) ReguJations, 1980 and shall come into force on the

day immediately following the date of their publication in the Gazette.

Reg. 2 Exemption from postage. — Regulations, 1980 Open official source

StatisticaI returns and reports regarding industries, forwarded

either in an envelope or on the prescribed form marked "Statistical

Report" to the Department of Industry, Valletta, shall be exempt from

postage under the Post Office Act, 1975.
