GUEST HOUSES AND HOLIDAY FURNISHED PREMISES ACT,

(ACT NO. XIV OF 1974)

Guest Houses and Holiday Furnished Premises (Amendment)

(No.2) Regulations, 1980

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 12 of the Guest

Houses and Hoiiday Fumished Premises Act, ] 974, the Minister of

Tourism, with the concurrence of the Minister of Finance, Customs

and People's Financial Investments, has made the following regula

tions:-

These regulations may be cited as the Guest Houses and

Holiday FUn1ished Pre;nises (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations, 1980,

and shall be read and construed as one with the Guest Houses and

Holiday Furnished Premises Regulations, 1976, hereinafter referred to

as "the principal regulations".

Paragraph (2) a n d the p rov i s o to paragraph (4) of regulation

6 of the principal regulations shall be deleted.
