Lotto (Amendment) Regulations, 1980

IN exercise Qf the PQwers cQnferred by sectiQn 5 Qf the Public LQttQ

Ordinance, the Minister Qf Finance, CustQms and PeQple's Financial

Investments has made the fQllQwing regulatiQns:-

l. These regulatiQns may be cited as the LQttQ (Amendment) Re

gulatiQns, 1980, and shaH be read and cQnstrued as Qne with the LottQ

RegulatiQns, 1948, hereinafter referred tO' as "the principal regulatiQns".

Dawn ir-regolamenti jistgħu jissejħu r-Regolamenti ta' 1-1980

li jemendaw ir-Regolamenti dwar il-Lottu u għandhom jinqraw u

jiftiehmu ħaġa waħda mar-Regolamenti ta' 1-1948 dwar il-Lottu, hawn

hekk iżjed 'il quddiem imsejħa "ir-regolamenti prinċipali".

FQr the wQrds "seventy-five thQusand PQunds (f75,000)" in

paragraph (1) Qf regulatiQn 5 Qf the principal regulatiQns and fQr the

figure "f75,000" in the prQvisQ tO' the said paragraph, there shaH be sub

stituted respectively the wQrds "eighty-five thQusand PQunds (f85,000)"

and the figure "f85,000".
