EDUCATION ACT, 1974

(ACT NO. XXXIX OF 1974)

University Fees Regulations, 1980

IN exercise of the powers vested in him by section 37 (4) of the

Education Act, 1974, the Minister of Education, with the concurrence

of the Minister of Finance, Customs and People's Financial Investments,

has made the following regulations:-

l. These regulations may be cited as the University Fees Regula

tions, 1980.

There shall be payable by foreign students in respect of courses

at the University of Malta for the academic year 1980/81 to which

they are admitted the fol1owing fees
