FEES ORDINANCE (CAP. 58)

Airport (Passenger Service Charge) (Amendment) Regulations, 1980

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 2 of the Fees

Ordinance, the Prime Minister has made the following regulations:-

(1) These regulations may be cited as the Airport (Passenger

Service Charge) (Amendment) Regu1ations, 1980, and shaH be read and

construed as one with the Airport (Passenger Service Charge) Regula

tions, 1958, hereinafter referred to as "the principal regu1ations".

(2)

These regu1ations shaH come into force on the 1 st day

of May, 1980.

For the figure "fI" in the Second C01umn of the Schedule to

the principal regulations, there shaH be substituted the figure ;[2
