FEES ORDINANCE (CAP.58)

Fees (Diving Cards) (Issue and Renewal) Regulations, 1980

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 2 of the Fees

Ordinance, the Minister of Health and Environment, with the con­

currence of the Minister of Finance, Customs and People's Financial

Investments, has made the fol1owing regulations:-

l. These regulations may be cited as the Fees (Diving Cards)

(Issue and Renewal) Regulations, 1980.

Dawn ir-regolamenti jistgħu jissejħu r-Regolamenti ta'

1-1980 dwar id-Drittijiet (Ħruġ u Tiġdid ta' Karti għall-Għaddasa).

There shaH be payable to the Superintendent of Public

Health, in respect of the first issue and on every subsequent yearly

renewal of a diving card, a fee of one pound (fl).

There shaH be affixed on every application for the granting

of a diving card, a stamp duty of seven cents five mils.

Every card shaH be valid up to the thirty-first day of Decem-

ber of any year in which it is issued or renewed.
