THE JUDGES AND MAGISTRATES (SALARIES) ACT, 1962

(ACT NO. II OF 1962)

The Judges and Magistrates (Revision of Salaries) Order,

IN exercise of the powers conferred by sections 2 and 3 of the

Ju d ge s and M a gis t ra t e s (Salaries) Act, 1962, hereinafter referred to as

"the Act", the Prime Minister has made the foIlowing order:-

t. This order may be cited as the J udges and Magistrates (Revi­

si on of Salaries) Order. 1980, and sha11 have effect from the dates

specified in the second, third and fourth columns of the Schedule hereto.
