Port Labour (Determinations) (Amendment) Order, 1980

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 8 of the Port

Workers Ordinance, 1962, the Minister of Development, Energy, Port

and Telecommunications, with the concurrencc of the Minister of Fi­

nance, Customs and Pe o p l e s Financial Investments, has made the fo1-

lowing order:-

l. This order may be cited as the Port Labour (DeterminatioDs)

(Amendment) Order, 1980, and shall be read and construed as one with

the Port Labour (Determinations) Order, 1966, hereinafter referred to

as "the principal order".

Tariff D of the First Schedule to the principal o r d e r shall be

3. Paragraph 3 of the Fifth Schedule to the principal order shaH

be amended as fol1ows

(a) the words "other than cargo c18ssified under item (1) of

Tariff A of the First Schedule to this order and" in item (iii) of

order.

sub-paragraph (1) thereof shall be deleted. and

in sub-paragraph (4) thereof, for the words "by daily
