Inland Post (Rates of Postage) (Amendment Regulations, 1980

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 10 of the Post

Office Act, 1975, the Minister of Development, Energy, Port and Tele­

communications, with t h e concurrence of the Minister of Finance,

Customs and People's F in a n c ial Investments, has made the fo l1o w i n g

regul a t ion s

(l) These regulations may be cited as the Inland Post (Rates

of Postage) (Amendment) Regulations, 1980, a nd shaH be read and

construed as o n e with the Inhmd P o s t (Rates of P o st age ) Reg ul a ti o n s ,

1979, hereinafter referred to as "the principal regulations".

(2) These regulations sha11 c ome into force on the 1st day

of January, 1981.

For the fi g u r e "2c5" under A. LETTERS in regulation 2 of

"

the principal regulations, there shaH be substituted the figure "3c".
