QUALITY CONTROL (EXPORTS, IMPORTS

AND LOCAL GOODS) ACT, 1971

(Acr NO. XIII OF 1971)

Date of coming into effect of orders

THE Malta Board of Standards hereby notifies that the orders set

out in the Schedu1e hereto were 1aid before the House of Representatives

in accordance with subsection (2) of section 5 of the Qua1ity Control

(Exports, Imports and Loca1 Goods) Act, 197 1 , on the 1 7th November,

1980, and that the said orders shaH come into effect on the 9th Decem

ber, 1980.
