IN e.terciSe of the powers conferred by sections 2 and 1 of Her

Majesty's Judges and Magistrates (Salaries) Act, 1962, haeinafter

referred to as "tbe Act", the Prime Minis ter has made the following

order:-

I. This order may be cited as Her Majesty's Judges and Magis- alltilNl &lid

tra tes (Revision of Salaries) Order, 1974, and shall be deemed to have

come in to force on the 1st April, 1974.
