IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 2 of the Fees

Ordinance, the Prime Minister has made the following regulations: --

These regulations may be cited as the Fees (Copies of

Sketches and Reports) Regulations, 1974.

For the services specified in the First Column of the Sche-

dule hereto there shall be payable to the Commissioner of Police the

fee specified in the Second Column thereof in respect of such

serVIces

Provided that, whenever a request is made for the copy

of a report which forms the subject of a Magisterial Inquiry in terms

of any provision of the Criminal Code, the Commissioner of Police

may decline to do such service.
