Advertisements on Street Furniture
(Mosta Local Council) (Amendment) Bye-Laws, 2004
IN exercise of the powers confelTed by articles 34 and 60 of the
Local Councils Act, and in conformity with the provisions of article
35(8) of the said Act, the Masla Local Council has made the following
Byc-Laws:-
1 The title of these Bye-Laws is Advertisements on Street
Furniture (Mosta Local Council) (Amendment) Bye-Laws, 2004 and
shall be read and construed as one with the Advertisement on Street
Furniture (Mosta Local Council) Bye-Laws, 200 I. hercinafler referred
to as "the principal Bye-Laws".
1.2. These Bye-Laws shall comc into force one month ancr their
publication in the Gazelle.
For Schedule A to the principal Bye-Laws there shall be
substituted the rollowing new Schedule:-
