Rental of Garages in Civic Centre (Ta’ Kerċem Local Council)

(Amendment) Bye-Laws, 2013

IIN exercise of the power conferred by articles 34, 35, and 36 of

the Local Councils Act, the Ta’ Kerċem Local Council has made the

following Bye-Laws:-

Reg. 1 Citation and commencement. — 30/1/2013 – Bye-laws tal-2013 li jemendaw il-Bye-Laws dwar Kiri ta’ Garaxxijiet taċ-Ċentru Ċiviku ta’ Kerċem (Kunsill Lokali ta’ Kerċem) Open official source

1 The title of these Bye-Laws is the Rental of Garages in

Civic Centre (Ta’ Kerċem Local Council) (Amendment) Bye-Laws,

2013, and these bye-laws shall be read and construed as one with the

Rental of Garages in Civic Centre (Ta’ Kerċem Local Council) Bye-

Laws, hereinafter referred to as "the principal bye-laws".

1.2. These Bye-Laws shall come into force one month after

their publication in the Gazette.

Reg. 2 Substitutes bye- law 6 of the principal bye- laws. — 30/1/2013 – Bye-laws tal-2013 li jemendaw il-Bye-Laws dwar Kiri ta’ Garaxxijiet taċ-Ċentru Ċiviku ta’ Kerċem (Kunsill Lokali ta’ Kerċem) Open official source

Bye-law 6 of the principal bye-laws shall be substituted by

the following

"6. The rates of garage rental in the call for tenders shall

not be less than

(a) five hundred euro (€500) for one (1) car

garage, for one year;

(b) nine hundred euro (€900) for three (3) car

garage, for one year.".
