Exclusive Zones for Barbecues (Birżebbuġa Local Council)

(Amendment) Bye-Laws, 2018

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by articles 34, 35(8) and

60 of the Local Councils Act, the Birżebbuġa Local Council has made

the following Bye-Laws

1. The title of these Bye-Laws is Exclusive Zone for

commencement.

Barbecues (Birżebbuġa Local Council) (Amendment) Bye-Laws,

2018, and they shall be read and construed as one with the Exclusive

Zones for Barbecues (Birżebbuġa Local Council) Bye-Laws,

hereinafter referred to as the "principal Bye-Laws".

1.2. These Bye-Laws shall come into force upon their

publication in the Gazette.

In the Second Schedule to the principal Bye-Laws

immediately after the current site-plan, there shall be added the

following two new site plans
