CHAPTER 94

DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH (CONSTITUTION) ORDINANCE

To provide for the re-organization of certain departments and for the establishment of a

Department of Health in Malta.

ORDINANCE XXX of 1937, * as amended by Ordinance XI of 1943; Proclamation IX of

of 2003; Legal Notice 346 of 2008; and Act V of 2011.

Repealed by Act XI of 2013.
