MENTAL HEALTH

CHAPTER 262

MENTAL HEALTH ACT

To provide for the treatment and care of mentally disordered persons

and for purposes connected therewith or ancillary thereto.

14th September, 1981

ACT XVIII of 1976, as amended by Acts XIII of 1983 and VI of 2001 ;

and Legal Notice 423 of 2007 .

Repealed by Act XXII of 2012.
