ACT No. XXVIII of 2025

An ACT to amend the Prevention of Disease Ordinance, Cap. 36.

BE IT ENACTED by the President, by and with the advice and

consent of the House of Representatives, in this present Parliament

assembled, and by the authority of the same as follows:-

The short title of this Act is the Prevention of Disease Short title.

Ordinance (Amendment) Act, 2025 and this Act shall be read and

construed as one with the Prevention of Disease Ordinance, hereinafter Cap. 36.

referred to as the "principal law".

Article 13 of the principal law shall be deleted.

Deletion of

article 13 of the

principal law.
