ACT No. XLI of 2024

AN ACT to appropriate a sum not exceeding one billion, two

hundred and seventy-five million, nine hundred and seventy-three

thousand and ten euro for the service of the financial year 2024.

BE IT ENACTED by the President, by and with the advice and

consent of the House of Representatives, in this present Parliament

assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:-

This Act may be cited as the Second (2024) Appropriation

Act, 2024.

(€149), to meet expenditure in respect of the financial year 2024 under

the Votes specified in the Second Schedule to this Act shall be and the

same is hereby charged upon the Consolidated Fund, provided that

such sum shall be transferred to the Contingencies Fund in

replacement of withdrawals made out of this Fund to cover the

services detailed in regard to such Votes in the Supplementary

Estimates of Expenditure for the financial year 2024.
