AN ACT to amend the Youth Work Profession Act, Cap. 533.

BE IT ENACTED by the President, by and with the advice and

consent of the House of Representatives in this present Parliament

assembled, and by the authority of the same as follows:-

Art. 1 Short title. — ACT No. XXXI of 2023 AN ACT to amend the Youth Work Profession Act, Cap. 533. Open official source

The short title of this Act is the Youth Work Profession

(Amendment) Act, 2023 and this Act shall be read and construed as one

with the Youth Work Profession Act, hereinafter referred to as "the

principal Act".

Art. 2 Amendment of article 20 of the principal Act. — ACT No. XXXI of 2023 AN ACT to amend the Youth Work Profession Act, Cap. 533. Open official source

Sub-article (4) of article 20 of the principal Act shall be deleted.
