BE IT ENACTED by the President, by and with the advice and

consent of the House of Representatives, in this present Parliament

assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:-

Art. 1 — ACT No. XLII of 2021 AN ACT to amend the Budget Measures Implementation Act, 2021 ACT No. XVIII of 2021 BE IT ENACTED by the President, by and with the advice and consent of the House of Representatives, in this present Parliament Open official source

The short title of this Act is the Budget Measures Short title.

Implementation Act, 2021 (Amendment) Act, 2021 and this Act shall

be read and construed as one with the Budget Measures

ACT No. XVIII

Implementation Act, 2021, hereinafter referred to as "the principal of 2021.

Act".

In sub-article (1) of article 4 of the principal Act, the words Amendment of

"one billion and one hundred million euro (€1,100,000,000)" shall be article
