AN ACT to appropriate a sum not exceeding nine hundred and

thirty million, two hundred and fourteen thousand euro for the service

of the financial year 2020.

BE IT ENACTED by the President, by and with the advice and

consent of the House of Representatives, in this present Parliament

assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:-

A sum not exceeding nine hundred and thirty million, two Appropriation

hundred and thirteen thousand, nine hundred and ninety-nine euro for 2020.

the service of the financial year 2020 under the Votes specified in the

First Schedule to this Act shall be and the same is hereby charged upon

the Consolidated Fund.

A further sum not exceeding one euro, to meet expenditure in

appropriation

respect of the financial year 2020 under the Votes specified in the

Second Schedule to this Act shall be and the same is hereby charged

Contingencies

upon the Consolidated Fund, provided that such sum shall be

transferred to the Contingencies Fund in replacement of withdrawals

made out of this Fund to cover the services detailed in regard to such

Votes in the Supplementary Estimates of Expenditure for the financial

year 2020.
