ACT No. LIV of 2020

AN ACT to amend the Civil Aviation (Security) Act, Cap. 353.

BE IT ENACTED by the President, by and with the advice and

consent of the House of Representatives, in this present Parliament

assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:-

The short title of this Act is the Civil Aviation (Security) Short title.

(Amendment) Act, 2020 and this Act shall be read and construed as

one with the Civil Aviation (Security) Act, hereinafter referred to as Cap. 353.

"the principal Act".

In sub-article (1) of article 19 of the principal Act, the words Amendment of

"liable to life imprisonment." shall be substituted by the words "liable article

principal Act.

to imprisonment from twelve (12) years to life.".
