ACT No. XXXII of 2016

AN ACT to amend the Education Act, Cap. 327.

BE IT ENACTED by the President, by and with the advice and

consent of the House of Representatives, in this present Parliament

assembled, and by the authority of the same as follows:-

The short title of this Act is the Education (Amendment) Short title.

Act, 2016, and this Act shall be read and construed as one with the

Education Act, hereinafter referred to as "the principal Act".

Immediately after sub-article (2) of article 132 of the Amendment of

article 132 of

principal Act, there shall be added the following new sub-article

the principal

Act.

"(3) Without prejudice to the provisions of this Act or of

any other law, the Minister may by regulations delegate to

another Minister the powers provided in sub-article (2) and to

stipulate the conditions of such delegation in the regulations.".
