ACT No. XXXII of 2014

AN ACT to amend the Broadcasting Act, Cap. 350.

BE IT ENACTED by the President, by and with the advice and

consent of the House of Representatives, in this present Parliament

assembled, and by the authority of the same as follows:-

The short title of this Act is the Broadcasting

(Amendment) Act, 2014, and this Act shall be read and construed as

one with the Broadcasting Act, hereinafter referred to as "the

principal Act".

In subarticle (1) of article 10 of the principal Act, the

words "and in any other law” shall be deleted.

In subarticle (1) of article 16I of the principal Act, the

words "and in any other law" shall be deleted.

Passed by the House of Representatives at Sitting No. 184 of the

25th July, 2014.
