AN ACT to appropriate a sum not exceeding ninety-three million
six hundred and seventy-nine thousand Euro for the service of
the financial year 2010.
BE IT ENACTED by the President, by and with the advice and
consent of the House of Representatives, in this present Parliament
assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:-

Objects and Reasons
This Bill provides for the application of a sum not exceeding €93,678,992 for
Passed by the House of Representatives at Sitting No. 283 of 11th November,
the service of the Financial year 2010 to meet expenditure under the Votes specified
2010. in the First Schedule to the Bill in addition to €1,901,907,362 appropriated by Act
No. XIX of 2009 and for the appropriation of a further €8 for the service of the
financial
year 2010 to repay an equivalent amount withdrawn from M the

A further sum not exceeding eight Euro, to meet expenditure in
respect of the financial year 2010 under the Votes specified in the
Second Schedule to this Act shall be and the same is hereby charged
upon the Consolidated Fund, provided that such sum shall be transfered
to the Contingencies Fund in replacement of withdrawals made out of
this Fund to cover the services detailed in regard to such Votes in the
Supplementary Estimates of Expenditure for the financial year 2010.
