AN ACT to appropriate a sum not exceeding fifty million, four hundred
and forty thousand Maltese liri for the service of the financial year
2006. BE IT ENACTED by the President, by and with the advice and
consent of the House of Representatives, in this present Parliament
assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows>—
Malta Government Gazette — Act 2006 18 — ACT No. XVIII of 2006 AN ACT to appropriate a sum not exceeding fifty million, four hundred and forty thousand Maltese liri for the service of the financial year 2006.
This Act may be cited as the Second (2006) Appropriation Short title.

A further sum not exceeding twenty Maltese liri, to meet Further
expenditure in respect of the financial year 2006 under the Votes appropriation
and transfer to
specified in the Second Schedule to this Act shall be and the same is Contingencies
Fund.
hereby charged upon the Consolidated Fund, provided that such sum
shall be transferred to the Contingencies Fund in replacement of
withdrawals made out of this Fund to cover the services detailed in
regard to such Votes in the Supplementary Estimates of Expenditure
for the financial year 2006.
