ACT No. XXIV of 1997

AN ACT to amend (he Local and other Loans Act, 1997.

BE IT ENACfED by the President. by and with the advice and

consent of the House of Representatives , in this present Parliament

assembled, and by the authority of the same as follows:-

This Act may be cited a s the Local and other Loans Shon

(Amendment) Act, 1997, and shall be read and construed as one with

the Local and other Loans Act, 1997 , hereinafter referred 10 as "the Act VI 0(1997.
