AN ACT to amend the Industrial Property (Protection) Ordinance,

BE IT ENACTED by tbe President, by and with the advice and

consent of the House of Representatives, in this present Parliament

assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:-

This Act may be cited as tbe Industrial Property (Protection) Short title.

(Amendment) Act, 1997, and shall be read and construed as one with

the Industrial Property (Protection) Ordinance, hereinafter referred to

as "the principal law" ,
