AN ACTIO repeal the Emertainments Tax Act, Cap. 241.

BE IT ENACTED by the President, by and with the advice and

consent of the House of Representatives, in this present Parliame nt

assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows :-

This Act may be cited as the Entertainments Tax (Repeal) S bon title .....

(2) This Act shall be deemed to have come into force on

the 1st January. 1995.
