343. BE IT ENAC I EO by the President, by and with the advice and

consent of the House of Representatives, in this present Parliame nt

assem bled , and by the au thority of the same, as follows: -

I. This Act may be cited IS the E mployment and Training

Services (Ame ndme nt) Act, 1995 and m all be read and construed as

one with the Employment and Training Services Act, hereinafter

referred to as " the pri nci pal A ct".

In the Maltese text of subsection (2) of section 13 of th e

principal Act, immedi atel y after th e wo rds " opportunitll xierqa ta'

impieg" there shall be inse rted the words "jcw lahrig".
