AN ACT Jimlre"o fI~Ni I~ Ci~il Code, Cap. 16.

BE IT ENACTED by tile President , by and with the advice and

consent of Ihe House of Representatives. in this present Parliament

assembled . and by Ihe autllority of the same , as follows:-

I. This Act may be cited as the Civil Code (AmendmcOl ) Act,

1993. and shall be read and construed as one with Ihe Civil Code.

hereinafter referred to as ~the Code~ .

For wb5ection (3) of section 611 of the Code there shall be ,.
