BE IT ENACfED by the President, by and with the advice and

c:onsent of the House of Rc presenlali~s, in tills present Parliame nt

assembled , and by Ihe authority of the 5aIllC, &$ follows: -

I. (1\ This Act mav he cited as the Dearer A=mnls Levv

(Amendment) Act, 19'J3, and Shall be read and construed as one with

the Hearer Accounts Levy Act, hercinafterrefernd 10as ~the priru:ipal
