This A ct may be cited as the Lawofthc Sea (Ratification) Act ,

1. 1993.

In Ihis Act the "Convention" means the United Nations

Convention on the Law of the Sea signed 11 Monlego Bay , JaITUlK-a on

10th December . 1982.

For Ihe purposes of the Ratification of Trealies Act. the

ratification of the Convention by Ihe Government is hereby authorised .
