consent of the House of Representatives, in this present Parliament

assembled, and by the authority of the samc. as fOllows:-

I. <I) Thi~ Act may be ci ted u the Developmcnt Planning

(Amendment) Act. 1992. and shall be read and COR$lrued a5 onc wi th

thc DevelOpmenl Planning Act , 1992, bereinaftcr refcrred to as Mthc

principal Act".
