consent of Ihe House of Representatives. in Ihis pre$enl Parliament as-

sembled, and by [he authority of the same. as follows:-

Th is Act may be cited as Ihe Local loon Act. 1992.

(2) For the purpose of raising the loan as aforesaid. the

Malta under the provisions of the Local Loans (Re~istered Stock and

Securities) Ordinance: and the loan made under the provisions of

th.s section shall be made 00 such terms and oond,t.ons as the said

Minister lIUIy approve.

J. Any money borrowed under the authori ty of th is Act shall be

appropriated and applied for the purpose ofmakinggood the deficit in-

curred by the Consolidated Fund to meet expenditure during the year
