BE IT ENAcrED by the President. by and with tbe advice and

consent of the House of Representatives, in lhis prese nt Parliament

assembled , and by the authority of Ihe same. as follows :-

I. This Act may be ci ted as the Criminal Code (Amendment)

Act. 1992. and shall be read and construed as one with Ihe Crim inal

Code, lIereinafler referred 10 as "Ihe principallaw~ .
