BE IT ENACfED by lho: President, by and with the advice and

consent of tM House of Representatives. in this present Parliament

assembled. and by tM authoritiy oftM same, as follow$:-

(1) This Act may be ci ted as the Local Manufactures SIIon litl< .....

(Promotion) (Amendment) Act. 1992 and shall be read and construed <OILiW

as OtIC with the Local Manufactures (Promotion) Act , 1989, hereinafter

referred to 11$ "the principal Act " .

(2) This Act shaD be deemed to have come intO foroeon the

ht J une, 1992.
