A slim nol exceeding eighteen million, eight hu ndred and

seventeen lhousand, four hundred and fon )' nine Maltese Un 10 meet

expenditure in respect of financial year 1991 under the Votes specified

in !he FIrSt Schedule to this Act shall be and the same is hereby charged

upon the Consolidated Fund.

in respect of the financial year 1991 under tbe Votes specified in tbe

Second Schedule to this Act sball be and the same i$ hereby charged

upon the Consolidated Fund, provided that such sum shall be

transfe rred to the Contingencies Fund in replacement of withdrawls

made out of this Fund to cove r the various services detai led in regard to

such Votes in the Supplementry Estimates of Expenditure for the

fina ncial year, 1991.
