BE IT ENACTED by the President . by and with the advio: and

COn5ent of the ~Iouse of Representat ivQ, in this prese nt Parliament

a!iSembled. and by tile authori ty of tile sa me as follows:-

I. T his Act may be cited as the Local Loans ( Registered Stock

and Securities) (Amend ment) Act. 1991 and shall be read and

construed as one with the Local Loans (Registered Stock and

Securities) Ordinance. hereinafter referred to as ~thc pri ncipal l aw~.

Immediately after section 43 of the princip31 law there shall

be added tile followi ng new section
