This Act may be cited as the Gi eh ir-Repubblika

(Amendmcm) Act, 1991, and shall be Telld alld construed as one with

the Gich ir-Rcpubblika Act. herei naflcr refe rred to as '· the principal

Ac!"".

In $ubsection (2) of section 15 of the principal Ac!, for ihe

words ~ to Maltclie citizens" there shall be subsiituted the words "to

pe rsons" .
