BE IT ENACTED by the President. by and wilh the ~d\lice and

consent of the House of Representatives. in this present Parliament

assembled , a nd by th e aut hority of the same, as fo llows:-

I. This Act may be cited as the I'ost Office (A mendme nt) Act.

1990, and shall be read and construed as onc with the Post Office Act,

1975. hereinafter referred to as "the principal Act",

Immediately after subparagraph (b) o f paragraph (4) ofH rlidc

following paragraph

such educat ional, professional. cult ural or scientific activity bdng

lawfully carried out by him . and that he shall not ci rcu late such

pri nted matter othe r than to persons carrying out a sim ilar

educational . professional. culcural o r scicnti(ie activity and unde r a

like condition oot 10 circulate the same . ".
