BE IT ENACTED by the President. by and wit h the advice and

consent of the House of Represen tat ives. in this present Parliament

assembled, and by the au th ority of th e same, as follo ws: -

I. (I) This Act may be cited a5 the Local Manufactures

(PromOlio n) (Am endm ent) Act , 1990 and shall be read and construed

as onc wit h the Local Manufactu res (Promotion) Aet , 1989. hereinafter
