l. (1) This Act may be cited as the 8<:are r Accounts Levy

(Ame ndment) Act, 1990. and shall be read and oonSlfued as one with

the Bearer Accoun ts Levy Act , he reina fter referred 10 as "the principal

(2) This Act shall come intO force on the dale next following

the dale o f its publication in the Gaze n e.

In subsection (2) of section J ol lne principal Act for the words

"The levy chargeable under su bsection ( I) of this section shall be
