I. This Act may he cited as the Te lcmaha Corporat ion

(Amendment) Act. 1988, and sha ll be read and construed 3$ one

",ilh the Telcmal ta Corporation Act . 1975, hereinafter referred 10 as

~the principal At !"' .

For subs«1ion (4) of section 24 of tile principal Act th ere shall

be substituted the following

"(4) lllc se rvices in respect o f which Tc1emalta is the

excl usive authority under section 3 o (thi s Act shall be provided by

Telemalta 10 the Government al Ille prices, fees and ch arges

prescribed unde r the provisions o f thi s Act, with a disco unt o f

twenty per centum , ",
