BE IT ENACrED by the Pre~ident. by and with the advice and

consent of the House o f Representat ives, in this present Parliament as·

sembled. and by the authori ty of the same. as follo,,",:-

I. (I) This Act may be cited

Act. 1988 and shall be read and construed as onc with the Post Office' oo

Act, 1975. herei nafter referred to as the "principal Act",

(2) This Act ,hall come into force on such dale as the Minis·

ter for Development of Infra,lrue!ure may appoint by notice in the

Gazette,

2, Section 19 of the pnneipal Act shall be amended as follows
