AN ACT furlher 10 amend Ih ~ Win~ ACI, 1969.

BE IT ENACfED by the President , by and with the advice and

corn;ent of the House of Representatives, in this present Parliament as·

sembled , and by the authority of the same, as follom;:-

l. This Act may be cited as the Wine (Amendment) Act, 1988,

and shall be read and construed as one with the Win e Act, 1969,

he reinafter referred 10 as Mthe principal law".

For subsection (2) of section 6 of the principal Act there shall

be substituted the following

"(2) The holder of a Commercial Licenceshall processannu-

ally nOlless than 4,000 kilogrammes of fresh grapes. ".
