the Re public (Col'I5ti lution of Offi ce) (Amend ment) Act 1988, alldsha ll

be read and construed as one with the Anomey General and Counse l for

the Republic (CorlSlilution o f Office) O rdi nance. herd nafte r referred

to as "t he pri ncipal law",
