An Act further IQ amend the Educ(l/ion A ct. 1974.

BE IT ENACTED by the President, by and with the advice and

consent of the House of Representatives, in this present Parliament

assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:_

I. This Ac! may be cited as the Education (Amendment) Act, Shmt 'itle.

1987, and shall be read and COll5truoo as one with the Education Act, Act XXXIX

1974, hereinafter referred to as "the principal Act",

of 1~74.

In the Maltese text of subsection (5) of section 39 of the prin-

cipal Act. imm ediately afler the words "bhala naddiema,studenti
